"Utilise People's Potential Action for Humanities And Research" (UPPAHAR) is a Charitable and Nonprofit organization. It started with a vision of creating a safe and supportive environment for the people and groups in its target region; it provides a perfect balance in academics and sports while giving cultural, creative and social opportunities in the field of community development. Its foundation is to build every individual to be an ultimate and responsible citizen of India.
The work of Uppahar in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Tamil Nadu and other states of India was set up by Dr. Rajat Kumar Pani and a few other likeminded young men and women with the same vision. A network developed of building relationships with nationals and people in other countries to mobilize resources to support the work financially, as well as with innovative ideas, practical assistance and personal visits on-site.
