Establishing bore wells:

It is very hot and dry in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha during the months of March to June. People often have to walk long distances to obtain safe drinking water. To date Uppahar has set up 35 Tube and Bore Wells to provide villagers with clean and safe drinking water throughout the whole year.

The climatic condition puts our country India in breaking records of people dying through drought and sun strokes. Uppahar as a humanitarian organization takes this issue into consideration and comes forward to do the fine act by supplying drinking water to the public and bypassers in hot summer seasons. Every year this is done by installing these facilities in market squares, bus stops and public places by hiring local people to supply water from morning to evening (8 AM - 5 PM).
